UNDENIABLE

FREE LIVE BOOTCAMP
17 TO 19 NOVEMBER

Three free live evenings for financial services and fintech leaders who are applying and hearing nothing back.

Senior hiring went quiet. In my experience, the roles that matter now move through people, profiles and private conversations long before they reach a job board.

Join me live on Zoom, 17 to 19 November, 7 to 8:30 p.m. Cyprus time, to see how the market works now, why strong executives get passed over, and what to do differently.

Free. Live only. Cameras optional. Here’s what happens on each evening ↓

11 p.m. The house is quiet.

You scroll job posts.
Some sit a level below your own.
One thought keeps coming back...
After all this experience, does anyone still need what I do?

They do.
The silence says nothing about your worth.

Someone has a problem. They ask around. They name a person.
Apply, and you join a pile of hundreds. Be known, and you join a list of three.

The Old Rules told you to send your CV, wait for the call, and let your work speak for itself.
You learned them years ago. Nobody told you they changed.
They are out of date.

Tuesday 17 to Thursday 19 November.
7 to 8:30 p.m. Cyprus time.

Frankfurt, Paris, Zurich: 6 to 7:30 p.m. London: 5 to 6:30 p.m. Dubai: 9 to 10:30 p.m.

Evening 1: Unshakeable. Why the silence is not a verdict on your value. You will see how the quiet search works, why applying puts you in a pile, and why senior roles often begin with a conversation before an advert exists.

Evening 2: Command. How to stop reacting to job posts and start identifying the companies, problems and decision-makers where your experience is useful.

Evening 3: Chosen. What changes when your profile shows clear scope, ownership and outcomes before anyone meets you. I will also explain the support available if you want help applying the full method.

Come live.

Save my place

I'm Anca

I spent 16+ years on the hiring side of financial services. I read over 4,000 profiles.

I owned every senior hire. I have witnessed the discussions, doubts and biases that shape who moves forward. Candidates rarely hear what gets said in that room.

Now I work on the candidate’s side. I show senior professionals how their profile is being read, where it creates friction, and what has to change before the right people can recognise their level.

Who this is for

This is for you if you are:

  • A senior professional, VP, Head of Function or business-unit leader in financial services, fintech or FX
  • Applying and hearing very little back
  • Quietly considering a move while employed
  • Out of work and unsure why your experience is not producing more conversations
  • Ready to understand what has changed and take a more deliberate approach

This is not for you if you are:

  • Looking for a guaranteed job offer
  • Looking for a generic CV template
  • Unwilling to reconsider the approach that has kept you stuck
  • Seeking advice on how to move from a mid-level role into a senior one

Own it.

If nothing changes, next year looks like this one.

Same load. Same 11 p.m. scroll.
Employed? Same pay as four years ago, with six times the scope. Or you can walk in with a different thought:
I don't wait to be found. The right people see my work, and I make the first move.
Three free evenings. 17 to 19 November. 7 to 8:30 p.m. Cyprus time.

Free. Live only.
